National campaign ready to go live in seven days. The challenge during development phase comps and wireframes were not done to best practice. Site development was done off-shore with reduce timeline of a week. Due these constraints, limited staff resources and my first week at agency the site was pushed out in Flash to be ready for national broadcast campaigns.

After site went live, there was a triple increase in donation and more awareness with the organization.
